Award winning chef, Nigel Smith has moved up the road from Ribby Hall Leisure Village
to The Villa, Wrea Green.
The 41 year old is a partner and the new Chef Patron at the country house hotel. He is revitalising the venue with a ‘back to basics’ approach – focusing on using locally sourced produce.
Nigel has a vast amount of experience and has won countless awards for his cooking.
Nigel is surrounded by a dedicated team of chef’s including head chef Matthew Johnson and ‘Young Chefs’ Adam Matera, Joe Wilde, Andrew Harwood and Kieran Jemson, all of whom have trained with Nigel for a number of years.
